Text: Luke 5:1-6 (4-6)
In this month of matching forward, God will give you and I divine acceleration/speed IJN. This passage tells us the story of a frustrated professional. An expertise indeed! Despite his knowledge and wisdom he still failed until Jesus came into his life.

WHO WILL GET A DIVINE ACCELERATIONS OR SPEED? 

1. One that God decides to Favour, the passage tells us that Jesus saw two ships, he chose Peter’s ship. Again, when he had finished talking to the multitude, He called Peter again to launch out his nets.
2. One who seeks Him, and obey Him Hebrew 11:6 God rewards those who diligently seek Him “And Simon answering said unto him, Master, we have toiled all the night, and have taken nothing: nevertheless at thy word I will let down the net. And when they had this done, they inclosed a great multitude of fishes: and their net brake.” In this year of Grace, God will give you and I DIVINE SPEED, there are things expected of us to do. We need to be useful in the hands of the almighty God. The passage above explained what transpired between the Lord and Peter after the later left the Lord to seek His personal interest in the fishing business. No matter who you are and your profession in life, you need Him to be part of that trade or profession you are involved in. With the experience of Peter, he failed without the Lord in his fishing business. He was a trained fisher man and would even instruct many on how to fish, but a time came that his expertise failed him. How many times has your expertise or technical know how failed and disappointed you? You need Him this year more than ever before. The divine speed we are talking about can only be achieved through Jesus. The Bible says, without Him nothing was made that was made. John 1:3. say this! This is my year of net braking grace and success.
3. One with hands of God. 1 KINGS 18:46 KJV. “And the hand of the LORD was on Elijah; and girded up his loins, and ran before Ahab to the entrance of Jezreel.” What is it you have lost to the enemies in the past years? Marriage, Joy, peace, love ones, or even your relationship with God; as we run through this year, the LORD shall grant you speed and grace to recover all. The passage above explains what transpired between king Ahab whose wife, Jezebel tormented the Lord’s prophet. After three and half years of drought, the king came to him for solution. The solution came and God opened heaven on them, but the LORD laid hand on Elijah and he outran the king that had gone ahead of him with his entourage and chariots.  I declare upon someone this year, the hand of God will come upon you and you shall outrun those you think have gone ahead of you. Think of anything that needs God intervention, He shall surely step in and grant you speed. You need to create time for God this year in order to enjoy His presence more than ever before.The passage says, the hand of God upon Prophet Elijah caused him to outran the man on chariot. Maybe you are saying many have gone ahead of you in all ramifications of life, the hand of God is coming on you this year and you will overtake.
4. One who Honours God’s servant 1 Kings 17:8-16 The widow of Zarepath had only one meal to eat before God use the man of God to pronounce abundance into her life. The last meal became the first meal. What was absolute poverty became absolute prosperity. She never lacked again! Believe in His word, you shall surely give testimony.

PRAYER POINTS 

1. Father, make me a candidate of favour in life IJN.
2. Father, let your hand of grace be upon me for speed in the name of Jesus.
3. Father, favour me with divine speed this year IJN.
4. Father make this year of net breaking grace and success IJN.
5. From now on, I help me to pursue, overtake and recover all IJN. 1 Samuel 30:8

2 Samuel 6:9-12 Here the children of Israel were taking the Ark of covenant to Jerusalem, and something happened on the way , David said I am afraid of the Lord and took the ark to the house of Obed-Edom who was not a Jew. Father, in my serving you, may I not be ridicule and meet my untimely death IJN.

Father, may I not miss your blessing and visitation in life IJN.
Father, let your ark of covenant be permanent in my life IJN.

Psalm 16:11, Psalm 23:6
Father, make known to me the path of life and greatness.
Father, let my joy be full IJN.
Father, let your goodness a and mercy be my portion all the day of my life IJN.
