Create in me a new heart! Proverbs 6:16-23 

As children of God, we must be able to like what He likes and again whatever God hates must be avoided. We must hate what He hates, I pray that every area that devil has been using to cheat us or deny us from our blessings shall be reveal to us IJN. What God hates are the areas that the devil is using to rub us of our blessings.

1. A proud look. A proud look is a product of a proud heart. Someone that is proud is in a position where he thinks he is above the status of others or things. There is a root problem in everybody’s life; which is pride. We all have element of pride in us and God will help us in Jesus name. When one believes he is better than the others Proverbs 16:18-19. There are many people in the church that could not relate with others because they think they are better spiritually, or physically. Individual, group of people and a country or a land, for example UK and USA. I read of the books where Abraham Lincoln said in 1861-1865 ” America is too proud to pray to the God that made us”, God hates this!
2. Lying Tongue, a lying tongues is a tongue that speaks deceitful words Psalm 120:2 The tongue lies to get its emotional feeling done e.g Gehazi 2 Kings 10:15-16 The story of a Pastor, a telly evangelist who boarded a plane to America and met a rich man on the 1st class sneezing profusely ……
3. Hands that Shed innocent blood These are the hands that kill physically or otherwise. It kills the dream or the vision of others like that of Joseph brothers in Genesis 37:18-20 
4. Heart that devises Wicked plans or imagination. Here God talks about the plan or the imagination of the heart. Genesis 6:1-7. God hates the heart that is the source of wicked plan. Matthew 12:34, Proverbs 4:23
5. Feet that are swift running to do evil or mischief Where your legs carry you to in life matter, Is it the meeting of Godly or the ungodly? Psalm 1:1, who are your friends and who are the people that visits you or the people that you visit?
6. False witness that lies. Acts 1:8 Are you a witness of the truth or evil? The words that are proceeding from your mouth, are they seasoned with salt? Colossians 4:6, Matthew 12:37. God hates. False witness.
7. He that Sows discord among the brethren. These are the “have you heard brethren?” God hates people who cause quarrel and strife among brethren, we find them in church and they compare one brethren with the other in term of gifts, talent or grace The Lord has given talents according to individual ability. Matthew 25:15, 1 Peter 4:1, back-biting of other brethren. Psalm 15:1,3, their aim is to scatter the church.
   8. Disobedient to parents. Romans 1:30.

PRAYER POINTS.

1. Father, please have mercy on me in all my shortcomings, for the people that I have killed with my mouth, lying against, and pride IJN.
2. Father, create in me a new heart from today.
3. Father, deliver me from the spirit of pride IJN.
4. Father, give me the grace to fear you and to abide in you IJN
5. Father, from today lying spirit will not divert my blessings from me IJN .
