Isaiah 60:2 

Due to what is going on in the world nowadays, we discovered that the world is full of good and evil, corruption everywhere, disappointment, failure, perversion of justice, lack and all manner of news all over. 

God will never rise or does anything without a purpose and without getting results. 

Arise is a verb that means to get up, may be to stand or get out of bed.

To Arise means emerge, become apparent. It means come to light, make appearance, stand up.

When God arises in a family, lives, church, homes great things happen by His grace. We need to get out of His way and allow Him to arise. 

Whenever God arises, two main things happen simultaneously, it’s positive to some and negative to others.

So as a child Og God, many things happen and some of the followings: 

1. It’s time for mercy and favour, psalm 102:13. Mercy is to be looked upon by God not as we deserve to be looked upon. It is greater than any others as without it, you and I can never come closer to Him, or called him our father. We can never even become Christain without his mercy Ephesians 2:4

2. His enemies scattered, psalm 68:1 remember that your enemies are the enemies of God. These enemies are poverty. Diseases, barrenness, failure and stagnation, numbers 10:35

3. There is an end to bondage exodus 3:7-10. God hears the cry of the oppressed, and we are empowered by His spirit Isaiah 61:1-4. The devil is responsible for the bondage placed on people, as God arises, the yoke is broken. 

4. You will arise and shine Isaiah 60:1. God will always arise for you and make you shine at the end of disappointment, evil and calamity. When God says this, he wants us to change positions and be wherever he wants us to be, when you arise, the light of god will make you shine definitely 

5. It brings about joy psalm 68:3 the righteous will be glad, people will be happy and joyful. Proverbs 10:28

6. There will be a resting place psalm 132:8 

7. Help is on the way psalm 44:26

7. Storm ceases Matthew 8:23-27. There are different types of storms such as material, marital, financial, and spiritual storm.
